A native “Conch” born in Key West, Darren joined the firm in 2009. Darren received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lynn University in 2004 and graduated from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in 2009.
Since joining our firm, Darren has successfully handled numerous criminal and civil cases and has represented several local bars, restaurants and other businesses. Darren concentrates his practice in the area of litigation and is dedicated to protecting the rights of his clients.
Darren’s steadfast passion for protecting the rights of his clients has included not only the defense of clients and their businesses, but also the federal 1983 Civil Rights Action against the City of Key West for the death of Charles Eimers while in the custody of the Key West Police Department.
Darren is dedicated to his local community and in addition to his work, he is the Vice President of the Southermost Seminoles Club, a mentor to Take Stock in Children, a member of the Greater Key West Chamber of Commerce, the Key West Business Guild, the Monroe County Bar Association, FACDL, Military Affairs Committee, Key West Navy League, and the Key West Rotary Club.
